Private Embodyment/Yoga Therapy Sessions
with Annette and Melissa

A private yoga therapy session is designed to meet your specific needs. You are supported comfortably in Svaroopa® Yoga poses to promote healing and transformation, with minimal effort on your part. This support, with adjustments, allows you to relax into an even deeper release than you would experience in a yoga class, or in your own private practice.

Embodyment™ is a hand-on therapy that facilitates deep relaxation and a release of chronic tension that begins at the tailbone. Although no yoga poses are involved, the profound healing generated by this method reaches into areas of the body that even yoga cannot access. While you rest in Shavasana, your muscles are effortlessly letting go of tightness. My touch and awareness allow you to enter a deep restorative state that awakens your own healing power. Embodyment makes it possible for you to be more fully alive in your body.

Stretch What Matters
with Elizabeth

This holistic program is designed to support a child's physical, mental and social development. The program is individualized to meet the strengths and needs of children with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD and learning disabilities, ages 5-16. Each session will be highly individualized to meet the needs of the student. Sessions vary in length (30 or 60-minutes) and entail yoga-based games and activities that build skills. Yoga-based therapy uses movement, breathing exercises and meditation techniques to bring children to an awareness of what is happening in their bodies and minds, and to provide them with tools they can use to regulate themselves. All sessions offer a holistic approach to healthy development.
